- Personal data - means information about an identified or identifiable natural person (“data subject”); an identifiable natural person is a person who can be directly or indirectly identified, in particular on the basis of an identifier such as name, identification number, location data, internet identifier or one or more specific factors determining physical, physiological, genetic, the psychological, economic, cultural or social identity of a natural person.
2. General provisions
- SG Technologies sp. z o.o. applies and supports the fundamental rights to privacy and data protection, as well as compliance with national and international privacy regulations.
- Contact with the person supervising the processing of personal data in the Service Provider's organization is possible electronically at the e-mail address: biuro@sg-technologies.pl or by correspondence to the address of the registered office.
- Each User of the Website has the right to access data, rectify them, delete or restrict processing, object and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
- The consents expressed in the context of data processing are voluntary, but necessary for the proper functioning of the website and contact with the User by SG Technologies sp. z o.o.
3. Administrator
- The administrator of your personal data is SG Technologies sp. z o.o. with its registered office at ul. Barkocińska 6, 03-543 Warsaw, Poland. Registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs under KRS number: 0000681102, for which the registration files are kept by the District Court for the City of Warsaw in Warsaw, XIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register. REGON 367448058.
- Data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable law, and their storage takes place on secured servers.
4. Collection of personal data
- Through the use of the Website, the following data may be collected:

b. Navigational information, i.e. length of visit, page views and navigation path on the site, and information about the actions that the User chooses to take on the site.

d. Any personal data that the User provides to SG Technologies sp. z o.o. - If you use the services presented on the website, additional data may be collected as follows:
2.1 If the User decides to subscribe to the newsletter, hereinafter referred to as the Newsletter, he undertakes to provide the following data:

2.2 Using the contact form on the website, the User provides the following data:
a. Name and Surname
b. Telephone number
c. Email address
However, providing a phone number is optional and depends on the User's own preferences.
2.3 Subscribing to the Newsletter and providing data in the contact form on the Website is voluntary, but necessary for the provision of the service by SG Technologies sp. z o.o.
5. Purpose
- Personal information submitted to us via the Website may be used for the purposes set out in this policy or on the relevant pages of the website. We may process your personal data for the following purposes:
a. Administering our Website.
b. Adaptation of the Website to the individual needs of the User.
c. Enabling the use of services available on the Website.
d. Marketing, creating statistics and reports on campaigns.
e. Ensure the security of our Website and prevent fraud.
f. Verification of compliance with the terms of use of our Website.
g. other legitimate uses. - In addition, after giving appropriate consents when filling out the contact form or subscribing to the Newsletter, we may process your personal data for the following purposes:
a. To carry out the Newsletter service, as part of which you will receive commercial and marketing information covering the activities of SG Technologies sp. z o.o. (Consent to receive the Newsletter is voluntary and you can inform us at any time of your wish to withdraw them)
b. Dealing with enquiries and complaints made by the User or concerning the User in connection with the Website. - If the User does not consent to the processing of personal data, SG Technologies sp. z o.o. will not process them or send related data to third parties for direct marketing purposes.
6. Recipient of data
- The User's personal data may be transferred to service providers used by SG Technologies sp. z o.o. when operating the Website. These entities adhere to guidelines that comply with national and international privacy and data security regulations.
1.1 Service providers to whom personal data are transferred, depending on contractual arrangements and circumstances, are subject to the instructions of SG Technologies sp. z o.o. regarding the purposes and methods of processing these data — the processors, or the controllers themselves determine the purposes and methods of their processing.
a. Processors.
SG Technologies sp. z o.o. uses suppliers who process personal data on the recommendation of SG Technologies sp. z o.o., including, among others, providers providing hosting services, providing a system for marketing, systems for analyzing traffic on the Website, systems for analyzing the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and platforms enabling the delivery of the Newsletter.
b. Administrators.
SG Technologies sp. z o.o. uses suppliers who do not act solely on instructions and determine the purposes and methods of using Users' personal data themselves.
1.3 Service providers are based in Poland and other countries of the European Economic Area (EEA). - In the event of a request, SG Technologies sp. z o.o. may make the User's Personal Data available to authorized state authorities, in particular organizational units of the Prosecutor's Office, the Police, the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, the President of the Office for Competition Protection and the President of the Office of Electronic Communications.
7. Data storage
- Personal Data that we process for any purpose or purposes will not be stored for longer than is necessary to fulfill that purpose or those purposes.
- In the event that the basis of data processing is consent, then the User's Personal Data is processed by SG Technologies sp. z o.o. until the consent is revoked, and after withdrawal of consent for a period of time corresponding to the period of limitation of claims that SG Technologies sp. z o.o. may incur and which may be incurred against it. Unless otherwise provided for in a specific provision, the limitation period shall be six years and, for claims for periodic benefits and claims relating to the conduct of business, three years.
- In the case of subscription to the Newsletter, SG Technologies sp. z o.o. will send electronic messages containing commercial and marketing information about the activities of the company to the e-mail address provided at the time of registration by the User until the User unsubscribes from the Newsletter or removes it from the mailing list by SG Technologies sp. z o.o.
- Notwithstanding any other provisions, SG Technologies sp. z o.o. reserves the right to process the User's data if this is necessary and significant for any legal proceedings, or for the establishment, enforcement or defense of its rights.

9. Security of personal data
- In accordance with applicable law and our privacy policy, SG Technologies sp. z o.o. takes care of the security of Users' personal data. Any data we collect is processed in accordance with the law and data security standards. In order to ensure the security of personal data, appropriate technical and organizational safeguards are applied, including data encryption, access passwords, access control and restriction of access to data by unauthorized persons.
- Our procedures related to the protection of Personal Data and data security are constantly monitored and updated to ensure the protection of your personal data at the highest level. In the event of a breach of the security of Personal Data, appropriate measures are immediately taken to minimize the damage resulting from the breach and we inform Users about the incident in accordance with applicable law.
10. Cookies
- Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you browse websites, containing information about your preferences and activity on the website.
- Types of cookies.
a. Session cookies — files placed and read from the User's device by the Website during one session of a given device. After completion, the files are deleted from the user's device.
b. Persistent cookies — files placed and read from the User's device by the Website until they are manually deleted. 11. Rights of data subjects
- Right to withdraw consent - legal basis: Article 7 (3) GDPR.
a. The User has the right to withdraw any consent granted by SG Technologies sp. z o.o. in connection with the use of the Website.
b. Withdrawal of consent shall take effect from the moment of withdrawal of consent.
c. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the processing carried out by SG Technologies sp. z o.o. in accordance with the law before its withdrawal.
d. Withdrawal of consent does not entail any negative consequences for the User, however, it may prevent further use of services or functionalities, which according to the law SG Technologies sp. z o.o. can provide only with consent. - Right to object to data processing - legal basis: Art. 21 GDPR.
a. The User has the right at any time to object - for reasons related to his particular situation - to the processing of his personal data, including profiling, if SG Technologies sp. z o.o. processes his data based on a legitimate interest, e.g. marketing of SG Technologies sp. z o.o. services, keeping statistics on the use of individual functionalities of the Website and facilitating the use of the Website, as well as satisfaction testing.
b. Opting out in the form of e-mail messages from receiving marketing communications regarding products or services will mean the User's objection to the processing of his personal data, including profiling for these purposes.
c. If the User's objection proves to be justified and SG Technologies sp. z o.o. has no other legal basis for processing personal data, the User's personal data will be deleted, to the processing of which, the User has objected. - Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”) - legal basis: Art. 17 GDPR.
a. You have the right to request the deletion of all or some of your personal data.
b. The User has the right to request the erasure of personal data if:
- the personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or for which they were processed;
- withdrew specific consent to the extent that personal data were processed on the basis of his consent;
- objected to the use of his data for marketing purposes; d. Personal Data is processed unlawfully;
- Personal Data is processed unlawfully;
- Personal Data must be deleted in order to comply with a legal obligation provided for in Union law or the law of a Member State to which SG Technologies sp. z o.o. is subject;
- Personal Data was collected in connection with the provision of information society services.
c. Despite a request to delete personal data, in connection with the filing of an objection or withdrawal of consent, SG Technologies sp. z o.o. may retain certain Personal Data to the extent that the processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defense of claims, as well as to comply with a legal obligation requiring processing under Union law or the law of the Member State to which SG Technologies sp. z o.o is subject. in particular Personal Data including: name, surname, e-mail address, which data are stored for the purposes of processing complaints and claims related to the use of the services of SG Technologies sp. z o.o., or additionally the address of residence/correspondence address, which data are stored for the purpose of processing complaints and claims related to the provision of services. - Right to restriction of data processing - legal basis: Art. 18 GDPR.
a. The User has the right to request the restriction of the processing of his Personal Data. Submitting a request, until its consideration, prevents the use of certain functionalities or services, the use of which will be associated with the processing of data covered by the request. SG Technologies sp. z o.o. will not send any messages, including marketing messages.
b. You have the right to request restriction of the use of Personal Data in the following cases:
- when you question the accuracy of your personal data — SG Technologies sp. z o.o. limits their use to the time needed to check the correctness of the data, but not longer than 7 days;
- when the processing of data is unlawful, and instead of deleting the data, the User requests the restriction of their use;
- when the personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or used, but they are needed by the User for the establishment, exercise or defense of claims;
- if he objected to the use of his data - then the restriction is made for the time necessary to consider whether - due to the special situation - the protection of the interests, rights and freedoms of the User outweighs the interests pursued by the Administrator when processing the User's personal data. - Right of access to data - legal basis: Art. 15 GDPR.
a. The User has the right to obtain confirmation from the Administrator whether he processes personal data, and if this is the case, the User has the right to:
- access your personal data;
- obtain information about the purposes of processing, the categories of personal data processed, the recipients or categories of recipients of these data, the planned storage period of the User's data or the criteria for determining this period (when it is not possible to determine the planned period of data processing), the rights of the User under the GDPR and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, about the source of these data, about the automated approach the decision making, including profiling, and the safeguards applied in connection with the transfer data outside the European Union;
- obtain a copy of your Personal Data. - Right to rectification - legal basis: Art. 16 GDPR.
a. The User has the right to demand from the Administrator immediate rectification of his personal data, which are incorrect. Taking into account the purposes of processing, the User whose data are concerned has the right to request the completion of incomplete personal data, including by submitting an additional statement by sending a request to the e-mail address. - Right to data portability - legal basis: Art. 20 GDPR.
a. The User has the right to receive his Personal Data, which he has provided to the Administrator, and then send it to another, of his choice, Personal Data administrator. The User also has the right to request that Personal Data be sent by the Administrator directly to such administrator, insofar as this is technically possible. In this case, the Administrator will send the User's Personal Data in the form of a file in csv format, which is a commonly used format, machine-readable and allowing the received data to be sent to another Personal Data Administrator. - In the event of a request by the User with the right resulting from the above rights, SG Technologies sp. z o.o. shall comply with the request or refuse to comply with it immediately, but no later than within one month after its receipt. However, if - due to the complicated nature of the request or the number of requests - SG Technologies sp. z o.o. is unable to fulfill the request within a month, SG Technologies sp. z o.o. will fulfill it within the next two months by informing the User in advance within one month of receiving the request - about the intended extension of the deadline and its reasons.
- The User may submit to the Administrator complaints, inquiries and requests concerning the processing of his Personal Data and the exercise of his rights.
- The User has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, regarding the violation of his rights to the protection of personal data or other rights granted under the GDPR.
12. Final provisions
- The Administrator reserves the right to make any changes to this Privacy Policy without having to inform Users about the use and use of anonymous data or the use of Cookies.
- The Administrator reserves the right to make any changes to this Privacy Policy regarding the processing of Personal Data, of which he will inform Users subscribed to the Newsletter service within 7 days of the change of subscriptions. Continuing to use the services means familiarizing yourself with and accepting the changes made to the Privacy Policy. In case the User does not agree with the changes made, he is obliged to unsubscribe from the Newsletter.
